1) can't edit notes 2) non-"standard" UI. Easy to accidentally hit done on notes and no way to go back and correct. The wrong buttons are next to each other: DONE on the left and NEXT on the right when you want to go backwards the back button is a small arrow higher up where you don't normally look so you hit DONE where the back button should be and can't undo that action. 3) the alarm turns off my sound volume when I stop it. What the h*ll? There's no reason to mess with my volume controls!!! To the developer response. What has "making sure your alarm is actually reliably playing with sound" have to do with turning my sound ***OFF*** when I turn OFF the alarm when it plays??? This is not acceptable. Sometimes I forget to turn the volume back up and I have missed notifications because of this.
I suffer from multiple sleep disorders and have been trying pretty much everything with promising reviews, including wearables and other sleep-on trackers. Beautyrest Sleeptracker is the best I’ve found so far, but it is provably inaccurate on things that I can manually track and document, like when I still have not yet fallen asleep, and how many times I get out of bed in a night. Because the Sleeptracker is provably wrong so often on these things, it undermines my confidence that the other metrics it tracks are right.
I set up for 2 users very easily on our iPhones. Each person has his own account using an email address. We’ve been viewing the analysis on each iPhone and I can also access my reports on my iPad. Detailed reports are emailed to us. This tracks REM and Awake times as well as Light & Deep sleep. The other sleep apps & hardware I looked at did not have two person tracking. This comes with 2 sensors and also has REM tracking which is why I chose the BeautyRest SleepTracker. I am VERY pleased with the resulting reports which have been accurate for both of us. The graphs and presentation of information is BEAUTIFUL. This updates Apple Health app with a summary of “In-Bed” and “Asleep” times which graphs day, week and month. It posts “Respiratory Rate” and “Heart Rate” under Health app Vitals. The SleepTracker app reports are MUCH more detailed and interesting than what is in Apple Health. My only wish for improvement is to allow viewing of both people’s graphs on the iPad, which has the bigger screen, or maybe on a Website, because we view them together in the morning. Thanks Guys - Good Job !
