it’s the best app ever if you want to get scammed out of your money, and they snatch your money with out even ever giving your the product. Even if you want a refund and never got what you paid for they just take your money and the customer service is terrible, they try to get you to keep the product you buy instead of just giving you your money back like you requested. This app is a night mare, customer service is so bad honestly it’s not worth it your better off going to another sketchy looking website, they also hide all of their negative reviews because they don’t want anyone to see that this company is trash. They won’t give you your money back so there’s no point of even ordering or trying to do a return, your better off shopping at ROMWE and Wish and that truly says something. :)

I ordered my daughter's baptism dress January 6th. On January 9th it was shipped out. I paid an extra 34 dollars for 3-12 business day shipping. It is now February 3rd I'm 9 days away from baptism date & each time I have checked on my order most hits in Chinese I have to get it translated even one translate it gives me no help on January 25 it said in chinese United states the sender has created a label but UPS has not received it yet. Then the 26th it says china mainland received into ups possession. So tell me why I still cant track it. Oh but when I try to track it thru UPS it says my package was delivered July 9th 2021! I can't get anybody on the phone I can't get anybody through email I paid $138 total. I'm beyond anxiety filled thinking I am now going to be rushing around the last minute trying to find a dress I like for her. I read all the fine print before I ordered this is why I paid the extra money for the 3 to 12 business days one holiday was in there. The only bad weather we recently had was this past Saturday and even so it should be updated each time there's a delay I also should get my shipping money back. I will never order from this site again.

Finally, I received bridesmaid dress I needed. Fabric are very good. The dress is cheap and beautiful. To tell the truth, this is the most satisfying shopping I have ever done by website. I am very satisfied with the attitude of customer service and efficiency. The attitude of customer service staffs are very professional and enthusiastic, ask answers, reply very quickly, I ask a lot of questions, she does not feel annoyed, all will answer me seriously, I express my sincere respect to the customer service staff, such a good shopping app should be much accounted of. And bridesmaid dress, it's exactly what I need. When I get it, it's completely packaged. And when I open it, to my surprise, it's better than I expected! You have to get a thumbs up. I will come again when I need it next time. I hope do a discount for my purchase.
