Hi my name is Kune Montowski, last year before Christmas and I ordered 4 pairs of sandles I. Different colors as I am disabled and they were perfect. I’m sorry but they were never delivered to me. I have to say that I love your products but I cannot order from you because I have writ-with Ten. To you every chance I have had. Please send me my order so I can walk and show how pretty the are. I have tried again to ask for my order to be sent. I would appreciate it so I can restore my faith that you stand behind your products and delivery of those products. Amazing, you can buy a bunch of stuff on this site, really cool stuff, but you only end up with about 50% of it. The rest of it never reaches your house. So don’t get your hopes up if you order something, odds are you’re not gonna get it. And then, when you try to get a refund, they make you jump through rings of fire to prove that you did not receive the item. It’s the worst customer service you can possibly imagine. I argued with them for half a year to get a refund of $26. Also, their site is not very navigation friendly. I cannot figure out how to delete my credit card from their site, which kind of scares me a little. I wished I would’ve never bought anything from the site. Oh yeah-Their stuff is a lot more expensive than Aliexpress!!!!

I just made 3 different orders and I just waiting for them i know it takes longer cuz came from other country but so far I haven’t no problem see when th get here I let you know how it goes
