Enter phone number it says, press verify and will send text message to phone it says. Trouble is no text message is received on my phone. Useless app

The app never keeps me logged in which is annoying so every time I check out it has a “sign up or checkout as guest” but I can’t check out as a guest because my phone number is linked - why is logging in so difficult? Another annoying thing is when ordering through the app it doesn’t allow you to order for within 20 minutes. Sometimes I’m just 5 mins away or even in the store and just want to be efficient but then I have to tell the person behind the counter that I want it now anyway. I’ve also had to delete the app and redownload it a few times cause it stopped opening for no reason.

I used to order so many smoothies via the app… then something happened, the store didn’t receive the order… so I fought tooth and nail to get my shake while showing the store my transaction on my banking app. I then gave the store another go and same thing happened. So now I don’t order any more and trying to explain to Tank Juice on Facebook as to why it’s happened is like smacking your head against a brick wall.
