Order Meal - Food Delivery

The customer service from this company is lousy. They are difficult to get a hold of and it’s questionable the restaurants they pair up with. I placed an order with a pizza place and the order wasn’t accepted for over an hour! I tried to call the pizza place to cancel the order but there was no answer on the phone. I tried to contact this company and there’s no phone number. I sent a message. They didn’t respond till the next day. When I told them the issue of the order taking over an hour to just be accepted they didn’t care. I was hung up on. Stick with other more popular food delivery apps. You have more protections and your food won’t arrive hours later cold.
