I had to read to the app three stars because when I type “hand gloves” it gives me other items! And when I search for “hats” it gives me other items as well. I think the app is good and the potential behind it is good. However, the search is very weird and it reminds me a VogaCloset and “6th street”. I know that 6th Street is the same app developer and owner but both ops needs to be up to standards. I don’t understand why they are doing a convenient app that isn’t convenient they need to work on the search option.
It’s cute and has a good variety for both women and girls. Loved that there’s a good quality black bottle and Victoria secret mist that’s smells nice and summery. There’s also a cute accessory and a nail polish both give summer vibes. Over all I found the box quite cute and great.
It's unfortunate to note that the application and its team seem to struggle with modern demands. Their inability to accommodate simple changes to an order, such as item or size alterations, even within 20 minutes of placing the order, seems like a relic from a bygone era. It's quite disconcerting to observe a weak hiring process that fails to bring in competent personnel. Furthermore, their approach to business seems rather inflexible, preferring to cancel orders rather than providing adequate customer service. This reflects poorly on the Alshaya Group. It's hard to imagine how they could successfully operate in more competitive markets like the United States with their current level of service.
