Bought my daughter what supposed to be a Unlimited Wristband for $36. For her to be told that her wristband didn’t have any credits. What credits when it supposed to be Unlimited. Both attendants at Kiosk machine said it was the right wristband Unlimited. $36 gone down the drain because your Ride Attendant don’t know which color is Unlimited the Blue one 😡😡🤬🤬🤬😤😤🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
No one is able to explain how cars was paused just keep saying it was paused by me which I don’t understand how. I went to guest service but of course no resolved solution there. Also, wasn’t able to upload money to second card through app. Kept getting error message. I’d avoid using the app and just use the plastic card.
First time utilizing the app for our local fair. Tried to load money from Apple Pay which failed 3 separate times with an error message. Needs fixed to become usable. Ended up going to one of the ticket card dispensers at the fair.
