I love that my favorite orders are saved. I propose a couple improvements: 1. I don’t know the street name and number of my local Taco Time so I always have to check that I have the right location. This could be improved by displaying the city name more clearly and potentially a mini map image. 2. The rewards seem a bit buried. Half the time I don’t realize when I am using them. Rewards could be more prominent and easier to see. Great app though! I use it often.
My family members and I are long-time Taco Time customers, and love the food and the positive, courteous employees. We’ve really been enjoying all the freebies and deals we’ve been getting since the app became a “thing”, too. Sadly, I can’t and won’t give the app a glittering review, because I find it to be not always user-friendly and it seems to have quirks that the employees don’t even understand. I don’t feel they’ve been fully trained on the app, because I get shrugs and, “I’m sorry it’s not working.” Not the employees’ faults. I’ll sit in the drive thru line and check my bank account balance to make sure I have money in there, because you can’t even get freebies like the Tuesday Rush tacos unless there’s money in your account. Three days ago, I tried to use a free entree reward that was in my app. When my app was scanned, it didn’t give me the free entree, yet it removed it from my rewards like it had. I told the lady at the window, and she said to call back later and they’d *try* to fix it. She didn’t seem confident they could fix it there, so I wrote to corporate. Three days, and no response. Just wrote again. Not trying to be a “Karen”. I’ve worked in customer service for years, so I get that people can be rude and mean for no reason. I just would like my $5.46 back, pretty please! I’d ignore it if it was under a dollar, but I just wanted my free entree. I guess my issue with the app is I don’t trust it. When it says there’s a reward, I go up to the window unsure if the app will come through for me. I don’t go to Taco Time unless I’ve got money in my account, because half the time, the rewards don’t work. Thank you for reading.
Went yesterday for 2 free tacos for Seahawks rushing touchdowns. Yeah! Of course, ordered Mexi fries. Got orders for me and my husband. Meant I didn’t have to make dinner. You have the most amazing staff at 150th and Aurora! I know everyone’s name and they know me. Anna, Maria, Lupe and Ben were all there yesterday. I told them that they have so much fun at work that it spreads to their customers. Your store is such a happy place! I think they all need at least a day off with pay and more! Really hope you let them know that they are special. Tell them Terri from BevMo did another survey raving about them. Thanks!
