This platform scammed me and charged close to $1k to my credit card for an annual plan when I NEVER opted in for an annual subscription. I disputed it with my credit card, won the case, and thought I was done…here I am almost a year later getting an email that it’s going to auto renew. Can’t figure out how to access my account from the website so I download the app, still can’t find a login option. Absolute nightmare.

Actively trying to get a refund. You can’t even test it unless you sign up for a $7/week trial. Accidentally hit the wrong button and you get charged $40 for an app that doesn’t work. I open the app and it says “can’t load avatars” and “do you want to retry or cancel?”. Retry gives you the same cycle of messages. “Cancel” gives you a useless app. Been trying to get a refund for a few days. Don’t buy anything from this “author “.
