Really needs improvement with GPS and location pins, so hassle. I really like the concept of this app but such a hassle to look for your Pin location but ended up of not having the available service around the area

Honestly I knew it was there, i just didn’t bother getting the app until now but I didn’t know it got this cheap online! Grabmart was my only reference and I thought it was useless looking elsewhere but glad I got around to getting the app cos it makes it really convenient for a condo resident like me.

I experienced a lot of issues with them regarding delivery schedules and food quality. Based on their policy, orders that are still within the cut-off and not yet scheduled for next-day delivery should still be cancellable. However, they refused to cancel my order even though it was still under the cut-off time. I had already bought the groceries myself from the mall by then, so it ended up becoming a double payment for me. I also had issues with the produce quality. Some products had options for “green” or “ripe,” and even though I specifically chose the green ones, they still delivered overripe items that I was not able to eat most of. On the other hand, the tomatoes they deliver are always unripe — every single time.
