This app is beautiful but not great in functionality. Should be able to save “favorite” locations would be best so you’re not scrolling through all locations. Adding the ability to see all upcoming appointments, not just the next one according to date. Making so you can modify appointment times instead of a full on cancel and rebook. Members should be able to see what services they have available that month and what has been used on the front page. My 2 cents … looking forward to seeing what’s next for the app!

Recommended: • Use your location or past reservations to suggest stores when you’re booking an appointment. I always have to scroll through several states’ worth of locations to find mine. • Store your “Past Reservations” history or provide some other way of managing your membership. Especially since unused services roll over, it would be helpful to see how many you have available and when those available services expire.

App crashes when I try to add an appointment to my calendar.
