Once someone logs in on a device, only that account that can be accessed. Like another reviewer, I’ve tried all kinds of things but now only 1 employee can use the company iPad for their courses. Needs a better way to logout and login! Among other things 😵💫 definitely prefer the old app.
Horrible as a manager we are to make sure the new hires complete these courses. We used to sign in to look at their status so we know to move on to next course. Now I’ve deleted all data and tried everything to get this new hire account off my iPad. It’s stuck no matter what I’ve tried to log out and get back to my account. Horrible design whoever thought of this.
The training is clunky and seems to be formatted for a non touch device with a larger screen. Not formatted to mobile. The videos all also have 10 seconds of waste at the beginning. Like yeah bro we know it a video about subway, can we get to it already.
