I tried purchasing my tickets, but it said my card was suspicious and possibly fraudulent. After researching, I found that many people experienced the same problem months ago, yet the IT department hasn’t fixed it. How do they even make money? I was planning to see a play but now I’m reconsidering. That’s why I avoid downtown and activities there—it feels like a trap to get you to spend extra money on tickets at the booth. It’s a scam. I also remember going to Amalie Arena, where staff told me I couldn’t keep the cap from the soda I bought because they claimed it could be used as a weapon. That’s all lies—they just want you to drink your drink quickly so you’ll buy another. It’s all a scam.

If you're going to create an app that doesn't seem to work for anybody and you're not going to listen to the people telling you it DOESN'T WORK, why even bother? I'm able to log in, but it doesn't show the 4 tickets I bought over the weekend. I thought if I waited a few days that they might show up. But no. I can log into the wallet online and see the tickets, so what's the point of this app?

Time and again I have issues trying to open my tickets to actually see my tickets . It says my password isn’t correct but when I click on forgot my password it opens up welcoming me - showing an account number but not the tickets purchased already . Nowhere then does it give you the option of opening current tickets It sure wants to sell me more tickets. This has happened every time I’ve tried to get to my electronic tickets . Instead I have to waste time and go the the box office where they have to print the tickets for me and they don’t have a printer at the windows so you have to wait and wait for someone to be in the office while they print the tickets and bring them back to the window It is the worst APP ever . I can’t sign in with my saved details including password.I’m told My password is incorrect so click on forgot password and it opens my account but the electronic tickets are not there
