The app is extremely slow, especially the closer to an event it gets. Seems like it is unable to scale to real world usage. It technically works as long as there aren’t too many people using it. But the screens load slow and the design leaves you wondering if the app is working at all or is frozen.

I always read reviews just to make sure it’s a good app but this one didn’t have any so I took a chance. Purchased tickets on here for a latin play everything was great, got an e-mail right away to print out my tickets in a PDA file. Went to the event they scanned my tickets and enjoined the show. I’m just glad my tickets were not fake because you hear the horror stories of people getting scammed. That’s why I wrote this review so you have a piece of mind I’m sure more people like me will add more reviews to make you feel comfortable.

I downloaded the app to be able to access my tickets for a concert and it says my tickets are unavailable for this event. Under my account you can see that I purchased tickets, when, how much and where the seats are, but when I try to access my tickets it tells me their unavailable. What a waste. Would be nice to be able to use it for the MAIN purpose I downloaded the app.
