I opted for the 3-day free trial but I was charged anyway. Therefore, I was under the premium membership but I was given any of the benefits or privileges of the premium plan. I’m still considered part of the free plan. Customer support doesn’t get back to you, and the stories are anti-climactic. Heavily disappointed. Wasted my money. I only gave it 5 stars so people could read my review.
