Splashtop SOS

As an I.T. Support Professional I use SplashTop SOS. It allow me to support end users on demand at anytime day or night. I know the remote connection is secured thanks to SplashTop Securty investments. The clients absolutely love the ease of you to allow me one time secure access to there systems and Mobil devices and I love it as well. It has allowed me to support them over the internet without the need for a constant reconnection something I myself have experience with cheaper options and get the same toolset that more pricey options have for a flat fee. You truly can’t go wrong!

This is good for experts and less technical people. I can support them in solving their problems. It is productive and I save 50% of my time while using it to support. This app is amazing.

This only works in portrait mode. The Idevice sharing the “screen recording” session needs to rotate the device so that it is usable ate all. You have absolutely no control over what is happening on the screen, as you would expect. Instead you have to get the client to rotate their screen until things are right-side up and then you most talk them into doing everything because you have no control remotely. Very disappointed in this implementation as before it was usable and now, not so much.
