This APP takes 90 to 102 seconds to upload each receipt and sign in sheet. If you calculate that to a user with 30-40 expenses per month- you are talking hours to just upload your receipts! - and that is no joke. When you put an expense in a report, you can no longer attach the receipt you emailed to yourself, as that is not a option. So that is a waste. You can not instantly upload a receipt and have the system save it for your expenses- only email it to yourself. This system does not “read” your receipts and match them to your expenses. It is a super cumbersome APP. You can not save favorites “attendees” or save attendees in groups, to quickly select when you see the entire office. NOPE you have search by NPI- only after looking up the NPI online- then copying NPI and pasting into search in “attendees”. This is the worst expense APP I have ever worked with and literally gives me an ulcer every time I know I have do spend the next 3+ hours completing an expense report.
Very cumbersome entering mileage. No app intelligence at all. I search for locations that are in the same town I am in and I am getting results for Japan and the United Kingdom, as if I would be driving there from New Hampshire. A little common sense analytics would go along way in entering stops. Also, I cannot find a way to re-order or insert a mileage stop. Should be able to set favorite locations as well like home or office. No reason those addresses should need to be typed in every time. At least have enough analytics to search through history and not act like every addresses new. I do like the idea of an expense app, but this seems like it has much development left to be done. Very unpolished.
This app is great but is missing one feature that would make it extremely efficient. I typically upload my receipt, expense amount, and facility but the expense never gets tied to the credit card transaction. A feature needs to be added to merge two transactions. The receipt photo from the pending upload would then be merged with the actual expense from the credit card.
