I have been a spaceNK customer since the days of the paper catalogue and mail order. I have recently started using the app on my phone and find it easier to use than the website on my phone. I still use the website on my laptop, and using both options link perfectly in terms of account activity. I really like having this as a shopping option.

I love Space NK and I expected a few hiccups when the app was first released but whilst they’re very, very slowly improving there is so much work needed to improve the app, it crashes, all payments options fail at times and the indulge rewards do not display as they should or update as quick as they do on the website. Brands on the search do not load and it just makes me want to use the website still, I think once all of this is fixed however it would be the way forward but it needs some improvements for sure. It is very easy to use in terms of interface and it’s nice to have an app but an app that isn’t totally fit for purpose from such a huge company isn’t what I expected. I will stay with the app as I think they will take on board the feedback and implement it in time.

Ok so, I love space no and I was actually really excited when I saw that they had an app! HOWEVER, I found it impossible to sign up through the app and had to do so via the website and experienced so many issues with the screen randomly freezing. Yes, I have checked and this is the only app I’ve had this issue with. This is only one of their many bugs. Overall, LOVE SpaceNk just not the app.
