Soundscape: Focus & Deep Sleep

Honestly I have always struggled with blocking out my phone in order to focus. In search for solution a came across a lot of apps that’s asked for a payment or subscription but I was always shaky cause I knew I could find a better solution but still lazy about it. I remember seeing an instagram reel about soundscape and one day I decided I have to change and on that same day I forgot where I saw the soundscape reel. I was scrolling through my saved videos and still could not find it. Then one day it appeared on my for you page again and I was so happy so I downloaded and started and once I realized I have to focus in order to unlock the premium experience I knew this was the app for me because not only I’m learning to concentrate for better features I’m fighting my phone addiction at the same time. Lots of people don’t realize music is associated with memory, so one trick I did as well after studying with the app I would listen to music on my way to take my exam and was a game changer. Honestly one of the best apps and came in clutch for my finals!!!

I’ve only been using this app for 45 minutes and I already know it’s going to assist me so much with my procrastination and my issues with focus and sleep. The sounds that you can choose from are amazing, but even aside from that, the focus sessions actually. work. I am somebody who has a very hard time focusing and getting off of social media. I tried timers and I tried blockers and I’d always just turn them off, but this app actually holds me accountable for when I’m distracted and there isn’t any simple, quick button to allow me to go back on TikTok or Instagram. I instead have to take the time to unblock it in the app which is the best part. I’ve also had a hard time keeping track of what I have to do because I’m a perfectionist, but the to-do list on this app is neat and simplistic has everything in the same place. It really helps me a lot. I’m a highschool student so I’m really glad that you don’t have to pay for anything in this app unless you want to upgrade it, which I probably will do in the future.

I really liked the setting up part where it talks about how like sound is a drug and thankfully I had my earbuds in and it sounded soooooo good and crisp and I think the idea is really good but there is one flaw like what if someone wanted to turn the app booker off get off task and turn it back on someone could like cheat the system so I think y’all should add like a time set and the person puts how long they wanna be like you know focused and it like locks then on that cool screen that you have the one where you can see how long you’ve been working and like the bar with the utilities at the bottom but yeah that’s all I got anyway again love the idea and thank you for you’re time.
