The app is helpful. But please adjust the categories for the weekend single ride. The weekend rate of $5 is located in the PASS section. No one is going to look for the weekend single rate in the section to buy a fare pass. We were forced to buy two tickets at $7.50 and missed the weekend rate. Or better yet, how about having an app that knows what day it is especially when the tickets are only good for 4 hours?

I found this app to be really helpful. I was arriving at the airport and needed to navigate by public transportation to my hotel and this app gave me routes and directions and showed me where I was and where I needed to walk to get on the next bus. What could’ve been more helpful is if I knew how to pay for the different things you have to buy a ticket or a card for the train. Ticket or card does not work on the bus. The bus required cash or coins only and you had to have small change. Thankfully, some staff at kiosks were helpful and I was able to trade out my $20 bill for small change to pay for that bus rides.

Please fix this app! The payment option has been popping up with error messages for weeks! I tried un-installing and reinstalling the app, and not all my information is gone. Why is my information gone WHEN I HAVE A LOGIN?!? Do better. I hate having to go to buy a physical ticket, especially if I happen to be running late. Already having my ticket in the app saves time!
