I normally use this app when I have a headache or migraine pain, feel sick, need help falling asleep, focus & creativity while working from home, etc. The price is rather high ($30 per month) but I use it almost every day for something. Sometimes I will play it for students who are struggling with something, and sometimes for my own teens when they don’t want to talk about issues. I had canceled my subscription via Apple a few days ago because of the price, but I might just have to continue it because of today. I have been struggling a lot with depression over the last few days and it got really bad. I started playing the frequency to fight depression, and within 30 minutes (I usually listen on a loop) the sense of dread and impending doom had lifted significantly. Of course, this could be a placebo effect, but it could also be due to my listening frequently. Things like this don’t normally happen to me, so I wanted to share with everyone.

I love this app. I have been using the app daily for over 1 week. I can already see an improvement in sleep duration and quality, meditation and overall good feeling since listening. I do have some feedback on the app interface and services. 1). The white on blue text in App is really difficult to read, even with my glasses on… might need to check contrast guidelines for visually impaired. 2). I do think $30/month is steep price for access to the frequencies. That’s all I want access to. Have you considered offering another Tier in the $10 range to only access frequencies? 3)I feel that this app needs an intro video or Start Here feature to show users all that you offer for $30/month and how best to use the app to get the most out of it. For example should I be listening to frequencies while driving? Is there a max time to listen to frequencies for? I believe these can be very powerful… can you over do it and cause harm? I hope you take my feedback as a way to improve on an amazing and very useful app. Thank you!

I’ve been listening to it since at least January 2021. Mostly the Energy/High vibrations to help me get up in the morning and then Sleep We’ll when my little one and I lay down for a nap, he’s more sensitive and it usually helps him get to sleep in way less time than without, but I often find myself snoozing in that 20 min or less (which says a lot for me!). I also love Stress Relief and Cardiovascular Health as these can be some of my biggest life struggles. Here lately I’ve benefited from Allergy Support, Coronavirus Support and Common Cold & Flu frequencies, as our family was hit with something yet to be named. Between good nutrition and frequencies we got through that crud rather well! One of my favorites is the Female Sexual Health, as anyone who knows me knows I am all about improving this area without medical intervention! I have tuned into to most of these and have a few that I haven’t yet but look forward to doing so!!!! Most of the time I feel a shift, or have relief or simply just find myself feeling more “up” after tuning in. I listen to these everyday and never want to live without them.
