Good app but why not cater for payment failing? After trying to purchase flex ticket (which can only be done in the app), and supplements for De Lijn and Stib, the payment failed as I left the app to authorise the payment. Now my purchases screen is filled with incomplete subscriptions which I have not way of removing. And I can’t try to buy the supplements again as it tells me I already have existing subscriptions.
The app itself is a lot better than what it used to be. However I still have a couple of problems that are frustrating to me. I use the app quite often to buy my ticket.. however, I live in a small village and must always go to a bigger village to make a connection to a different train. The problem is, no matter what I do, the app always shows me to take a connecting train an HOUR later. Let’s say my train arrives at 15:30, there’s a train to Brussels at 15:50.. the app refuses to show me the 15:50 train and instead tells me to take the one at 16:50. For the smaller trip I do a few times a week this is okay, I know my journey, it’s not a problem. However when I’m in Brussels this is a huge problem for me and leads to so much confusion. I’ve tried to change some settings, it seems like everything should work, but alas, it does not. The next problem I have is more just inconvenient but still a nuisance. Every time I enter my bank card details I am always sure to ‘save the card for future use’, but it never saves. So I must search for my card number every time. It used to work perfectly but a few months ago it stopped randomly. Not a bad app, can tell a lot has been changed to make it better and for that I am grateful.
