Wasn’t able to create an acount because I had previously used my email. So trying to retrieve my account which was absolutely impossible since I never got the email to retrieve the account. Making it impossible to buy a ticket. Belgian transportation is broken, so are their apps!

Extremely slow: this app take 30+ seconds to open on a iPhone Pro Max 11. Impossible as well to use your bought tickets offline. Terrible experience.

I was a little nervous given there’s just 2 bad reviews, but this app has worked well for me! As with all travel, I recommend confirming what it says in the app on Google Maps or in person at the station, but so far everything has been accurate for me! And it was easy to buy tickets on here, which I appreciated.
