Up date Put in an exact address and it never pulled up. Did the same on Google and it came up right away. Still can’t figure out how to buy a ticket on the app without going to a kiosk. So right now this app is not good. I just bought a ticket for my Mobic card on this app. There’s no way of downloading it. It’s gonna take me 45 minutes to get this downloaded where I just gone and bought the tickets. It would’ve been a lot easier. I thought the whole point of an app was it to make my life easier not harder

I have used public transport in many countries. The app must be reflection of Brussels transport system. There are four companies and it is not easy to understand which one to select. The initial setup is very long and asks for name (provided by apple login) and birth date. If you buy pack of ten tickets you have to active twice, first a pack and then a ticket out of a pack. It is impossible to build a route using current address and destination. The app does not support apple pay. The app does not allow to search for R28 bus i took, only digits are allowed.

Ok app, but what I am really missing is to have a ticket on the app. They say they will roll out Brupass at the end of the year, but I believe it should be for all tickets.
