You cannot upload an anytime use ticket into the app. Why? Because the don’t get assigned a DNR number like actual booked timed tickets. This is just without thought. So now I have a ticket and I can’t upload it into the app simply because I purchased it through Belgium train tickets instead of the app????😬
I really appreciate how well this app is designed. The UI is pretty clean and is easy for the travel pro and the beginner to use.
This app is terrible—to buy tickets, it just takes you to the website, and then when you try to pay it shows the web format screen in your phone, meaning the fields to type your credit card info Into are all just one millimeter tall, and when you try to zoom it only zooms from the upper left corner, so you can no longer see or tap any of the fields. Oh, and it doesn’t take iDeal payment. What’s the point of the app if it’s actively worse than using the website??
