Snapmint: Buy Now, Pay in EMIs

What pathetic customer service you people are having from past two days I am just behind you. People calling, but there is no proper response from you. I have called the customer care number where nothing is happening and they told me that they’ll be calling me within 24 hours, but still, I did not get any call then later on, I went on on the Instagram and I searched for the page and sent a DM regarding my complaint. I was booking tickets on first or second of April from Thane to Bangalore and my booking was cancelled, my booking was not confirmed and the money got deducted, so I chose the meant EMI option for the payment. So my money was deducted around ₹221, and there are two more EMI is pending for the next month and the month of June so now I want the refund back and I want you be able to be. Please cancel those 2 miles and I’m behind you people from so many days. Please do something because your service is so pathetic so pathetic. I feel like calling you people and giving you blast. Really I’m not getting any source or I’m not getting any any platform or I can even call the customer service and I can talk to them personally. I can tell them this problem is which I am facing. Please do something at least call to my number and talk to me and please do something regarding this, and I’m tired of you know sending messages to you people. I can even share the screenshots to you that how much I have sent the messages on Instagram and no reply. Nothing are you people sleeping or you’re just vanish somewhere or you are after service is really bad.

I gave up using credit cards and started buying things using snapmint vouchers. Ordered a headphone on snapmint for the first time- received genuine one. My trust grew over the period of time and for my surprise when I ordered a product again they sent me a used product which had the seal tampered and I was lucky to have it recorded, however upon sending the video they acknowledged about the fault and promised to resolve my query within 4 working days. Had to call the customer care after 6 days for not receiving any resolution, customer service representative said that my video and claim is all fine but seller had put my query on hold and they will resolve it ASAP. After 7 days tried reaching them and they put my call on hold and disconnected after 7 mins. Second call was answered and this time for my surprise Customer service representative ’Sheethal’ says I had received a brand new product and they can’t help any further. My EMI is due today and the product is still in non working condition. Trust turned to harassment this time:( Anyone who is trying snapmint must be careful of encountering future frauds like I had to face. Also the seller associated with snapmint seems to a big time fraud company when I checked online.
