Unpredictable shopping site with full of bugs, failures, issues and 3/5 orders fail always, in spite of valid payment options, and weird redirections, no error messages on UI in spite issues, irrelevant emails about random verifications, need weeks yo refund, poor support team who hardly understand technical issues, and inefficient leadership team who hardly cares customer issues without responsibility. I bet it will be shutdown soon.

I am using your old version Snapdeal for iPad which hasn’t updated for a year. I complained about it but no one even realised what i was talking about. And here i found another Snapdeal app which was updated 3 weeks ago. Do you realize how many people may still use that archaic app of your’s and stopped shopping from you? Well..
