Sleep Better by ZzzQuil

Fix this email: WOW!!! Let me start by saying thanks PROCTER & GAMBLE. I have tears in my eyes on this morning because for years, I’ve battled with insomnia due to health issues and as a result of not getting enough sleep, my body doesn’t heal well. It had gotten to the point to where I had become very moody and angry, and would snap at almost anything. I have tried many apps, including one that Apple made me pay $30 for after offering me a trial that I never got….. anyway none of them worked like this app and I can tell that they took their time creating the app with people in mind because it works like their sleep aids. Anyway. the good news is that the app is free; the even greater news is that last night I slept like I had not slept in years. I created a sleep schedule, put it on pink noise and I got some Zzz’s. The app has so much more to offer that I definitely plan on trying for a better quality of life. So thanks again to: PROCTER & GAMBLE for creating an app that WORKS LIKE MEDICINE. You deserve more than 5 stars.

I’m struggling with sleep a lot and installing this app was really a game changer. It’s a great combination of stats and personalized sleep supporting tools that are easy to use and really works. Also simple and easy to understand sleep tips are sometimes so eye opening making me aware of small things that I can change or do during day to get much better sleep. Highly recommended app! Give it a try if you want to sleep better. #pgemp

The app (I use an Oura ring to capture the sleep) is great about reminding me to use sleep hygiene - when to wind down, what habits to keep to make sure I get quality sleep (like exercise and sunlight, etc) etc. It has a little check list for me to follow each day which is good for feeling productive. I get to check things off! There are also meditations for being able to help you relax as you fall asleep. Like sounds, etc. Overall it’s super helpful to use during the day to help make sure I get great sleep overnight. I have to open the ours ring app first in the morning though so the Zzzquil app gets the sleep data, but that’s not a big deal. Then I rush over to Zzzquil to see the data and tell it how tested I feel so it can keep track.
