Somehow my daughter downloaded this app. I’m not sure how my phone/App Store allowed it without my password. I immediately contacted the app’s customer service, no response. Waited two weeks to contact again, still no response. Tried a third time before I started a dispute with my credit card company. At no point has the app’s customer service contacted me or even acknowledge my inquiry. Hopefully you don’t have any issues and need support because they don’t exist. UPDATE: I followed the developers instructions in the response to request a refund through Apple. While that information is nice to have for issues in the future. I assumed too much time has passed to request a refund through Apple as a gave two weeks for the developer to respond to my requests for a refund 3 times and then when the requests went unanswered I went through my credit card company and had to wait for them to do their investigation. Apple says I don’t have any purchases eligible for a refund, I assume because I’m just beyond 90 days. So, my review stands at one star because of lack of customer support. I contacted the developer three times. After giving a one star review they tell me to go through Apple. If they wanted to make it right they could. Zero customer support. What if you purchase this app and then it doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to? Good luck getting any help.

Ok so I just downloaded this and before I download a game I look at the reviews and this one had some bad ones and good ones developer I hope u can reach back to me here’s some things that NEED to be fixed 1 (adds why so many u don’t want adds on ur game cuase then if someone plays it and likes that game ur loosing a player) 2 ( on ur page u should tell how to play cuase beginners like me can get confused) 3 ( whenever I was making a out fit I had a add and then when I was done it rested my out fit) that’s it and also why do I have to pay for the good stuff it’s like in the 1800’s they would have rich and broke it’s like that ALOT of people can’t afford it it’s so expensive is that how y’all get money if yes that’s wrong if u can have it equal to everyone would be great I’m trying to help those people who don’t have a lot of money u need to respect that now I’m not trying to be mean I’m trying to put u in ur place this is so wrong u need to understand that but pls just make it free I beg u I just don’t understand like just plz🩷🩷

Ok I’m going to start with things I like ,NOTHING first you don’t even know what to do and if your going to pick a shirt you need to watch an add so I picked the one without the add button and as soon as I join there’s a add like I watch it and I go put on my sticker and OMG it’s another dam add,there is not that many options of clothes and they’re all pretty much 2018 or something like that and with the paint it’s fine but there’s an add as soon as I start painting,it’s like you need to watch an add for EVERY SINGLE THING you do and it so annoying,and also I click on cloth I put the first one it’s ugly but I wanted to try it out just in case I pressed it my so called CLOTH was no where to be found in my outfit I put on another one and I still can’t find the cloth I wanted ,so after those 7 seconds of struggling with the game it gave me another add it’s an add every single five seconds of the game i do not recommend you to buy premium I didn’t buy it but I’m sure it’s the same thing and outfits aren’t that nice and some random stickers that don’t match with anything at all when you first join the game everything seems fine but no it’s nothing like the add it shows which you can’t even upload it to Roblox btw game developers need to first update it and less ads PLEASE,and you should also be able to put it on Roblox but you cannot ,after five minutes of playing I erased the game I highly do not recommend this game to play.
