I am seriously disappointed by you guys, I have been using skinkraft products for more than one year know and this is how you treat your customers? It’s been more than 10 days since I ordered my haircare and haven’t received it yet. I already made the payment and now I am not getting any updates on my products shipping. Highly disappointed by your behaviour. Normally your customer care executives call me and ask me to order or ask me for feedback. Now when I have ordered, I can’t find any reachable contact number to ask about my products’ shipping.

I paid for an order and immediately canceled it. I also sent them an email, but they didn’t respond. Their contact number doesn’t work either. This seems like a scam. Both their email support and customer service are unresponsive. Worst app and worst customer support.
