I have used Sibme for two years now. This video coaching and collaboration platform allows teachers, coaches, and administrators to use this tool as a mirror (for self-reflection), a window (for sharing video, links, and documents with each other), and a sliding glass door (allowing real-time collaboration between people). You can time-stamp video with comments, ask questions, have a discussion board, and share teaching and learning artifacts. If you don’t know how you might use this, Sibme has online free courses for induction, teaching, coaching, mentoring, and so many others. Their customer service is five stars, and these days that is really hard to find. Using this tool can transform the silos that exist in your building with competing schedules and locations into seamless sharing and collaboration.

I have been using Sibme in secondary public schools for three years and am extremely satisfied with its functionality and the support we receive from the developer. Uploading lengthy video clips can take time - not a platform issue - but we chunk our videos in 15-20 mins for speedier upload times and also to more narrowly reflect on portions of a lesson. I love the tagging options and the setting options that allow us to customize our experience. I highly recommend Sibme!
