Wrong pin location? SUBMIT FORM. Already submitted the form? CHAT CS TO FOLLOW UP. All these lousy processes consume time and energy just to complete one wrong pin location order while all good ShopeeFood riders are chasing time. We’re living in 2026 and yet the ShopeeFood Rider app still relies on the old form submission process. Other competitors offer better pay rates, better processes, a better user-focused app, and overall a better experience for delivery partners (as you call them). Update your app or at least revamp the whole process, don’t rely on pin location to determine the delivery rate for customers (this is the biggest loophole where customers tried cheating the system by pinpointing a far location from the correct one to reduce the delivery rate which resulted in the wrong delivery by riders and ultimately, account suspended due to being voluntarily/involuntarily dropped at the wrong location while customers can enjoy FREE FOODS).

Okay first of all im not mad because the minimum price per job is RM 5 that’s the only reason i stick with SF but there’s time im very super not happy about being a rider because this is just happen yesterday at 22:00 im from bukit serdang after completing an order and then order masuk pick up at the restaurant Klang lama i forgot the name anyway its maybe like 8km-10km ride from where i was at i think? im not mad about the ride but when i arrived and having a big smile because the job pays RM 8 but the restaurant is closed and the vendor said “ omg im so sorry i forgot to turn off the devices “ and i just said it’s okayy don’t worry the thing that makes me MAD is when im trying to cancel it, i had to wait for 15 minutes for the order to disappear cause you can’t take another job while the order you just cancel disappeared but still after 15 minute the order didn’t disappear….. i had to put “ customer location is too far “ and it caused me my AR rating to drop.. i know it’s my fault but what if the order is still there after 1 hour?? i just wasted a hour of my life.. just please read this developer or big pants boss from shopee just read my cry for help, i love being a rider but there’s time it make me wanna quit.. i know you guys didn’t even flinch if i quit but still.. i love shopee and rider jobs but please do better idk? improve this app?? make a button for restaurants closed?? or make an points for restaurants so you guys can deduct the points if they do something like this? why did always the rider need to suffer the consequences..

It’s tedious to tap the notifications one by one to set them as read. Even so, when I exit the app, there are still notification number, the one that you’d see if you have unread notifications. The notifications are not all important and mainly promotions like discounted engine oil for riders, postpaid plan for riders, etc. Please consider this feature suggestion where the user can tap ‘mark all notifications as read’. Thank you.
