Be wary as when the service works it works but when issues arise client services is non existent abhorrent to say the least, non communicative, and this has been ongoing and has gotten worse….i’d rather pay more to another courier where you receive support adequately in the marketplace, so shop around other couriers before using Shappi, be forewarned..I have already started contacting their investors

What an amazing new service. My friends and family in Ecuador don’t have the same access to many of the same e-commerce goods we take for granted in the US but now with Shappi I can buy and deliver the products they need.
