This is my first time to use the app, and I found it to be very easy and convenient. I appreciate the personal contact from the representatives at the store asking me if substitutions are acceptable. Awesome. Keep up the good work.

The service tends to be very good in Cuenca Ecuador and we did sign on for the paid membership …. But we get several advertisements pushed to our devices through the app per day.
To make it worse messages from Tipti shoppers don’t come through as critical notifications so if notifications are turned off for the spam advertisements then they’re turned off for shopper messages as well.
The service itself is five stars, I vastly prefer this to Instacart in the USA …. but because of the notification issue the app is three stars.

its really easy to access to any type of products and buy them. its constantly improving and its a great way to shop in store while still staying safe. my family and i use it all the time.
