I feel like this is good for whenever you need to talk to yourself and the app provides good strategies to come up with solutions on what you can do during the day, what to think about, and even help you find positively motivated tasks to do and it helps you remind yourself and you can even use it to remind others to keep yourself on track. I only used this for a split second and it so far makes me wanna be able to go do a lot of things I like to have that feeling of validation, although from an app you get a feeling out of this that can make you feel satisfied and honestly hopeful for your days to come. I think this app is useful for choices and decisions and find ways to solve problems and really thinking about it and having a conversation with yourself, honestly recommend!!!
