Update 2: The Cash Legends ad will not allow you to advanced either and you must force quit the game. Once you do this all progress is lost and you must start the puzzle over again and if you used any helps they are gone. Can a developer please answer this and remove that ad from your app. You have zero way of getting a message to the developers other than here. There are two ads on this game that will not let you advance past it. Magic Sort and Monopoly. It just sits there at the end and gives no way to exit. The download will pop up but there is no way out. The app is updated and my phone. I really like this game but it’s basically unplayable now since I can’t use and of the ads to advance in the puzzle. If I exit the game, it looses my progress and I have to do the puzzle again. Update: there is no in app support to reply to or get help. The ad has finally started to let me advance after 3 mins of waiting. I timed it. There is another add that will not advance and allow me back to game. I understand ads are needed but they need to work not freeze or make a person sit for 3 mins waiting for it to be done.

Original: Since last update, game freezes multiple times during each game. I am aware that ads pay for game but since update, you have to watch between 9 and 23 ads per game. They took ads to let you refresh screw color out. Now you must pay 500 coins to refresh-no option for an ad. You get 25 coins for winning a game so unless you spend real money, you can’t refresh. 4 out of last 5 games has taken over 20 ads to win because you can’t use refresh. You need 5 refreshes to get weekly bonuses and there again, unless you use real money, you can’t use refresh, so no weekly bonuses!! Also since the update, some of the 20 plus ads are 2 ads in 1 so they last a minute or more. Please update and fix what you broke! You made the best screw game, (I tried tons before finding this one) into one of the worst! Will give it a few days to see if it is fixed and if not, will delete and find one that 10 or less ads will let you win a game! Update: The problem with the refresh was fixed. We can again watch an ad to use the refresh button which makes it possible to get the weekly bonus. Still a lot of ads to complete most puzzles but back to being the best screw type game. Thanks to developers for fixing the issues and I am thankful I waited before deleting.

I’ve been addicted to this game for a while now, not really sure why but i do find it very fun. however, im now on level 549, and 99% of the levels require you to watch an ad to continue in terms of clearing the holes, adding a hole, etc at some point. on this level, and many others, after the ad is done playing, conveniently the entire app pretty much breaks and you cannot close out of the ad or press anything. therefore, you have to restart the app, and start the level completely over, forcing you to watch even more ads. it’s always worked the second time after closing the app, but on this level it will not let me close out the ad no matter how many times i restart the app and level. i literally cannot keep playing the game and it’s really annoying. please AT LEAST make it so i can continue in the game if you’re not going to fix the ad problem.
