Unravel Master

The exact same thing happened to me as many others. I LOVED playing this game and never minded watching the ads. However, after making one small purchase (made a mistake and didn’t want to have to start the level over), it no longer gives me the option to watch ads for help. So now my only option is to pay to get help on a level. I am now stuck on a level and can’t move forward. This is really disappointing because I had really grown to love this game. After looking through the comments here, I can see that so many people have this complaint and only a bot is responding so I have little faith this will actually change :( Developers: Please please change this feature!! You are losing SO many players. Players who may have actually spent more money in the future, but like me, refuse to be forced into it.

Remove the auto adjust! Let the user zoom in and out on their own ONLY. I’ve been on a roll unraveling, only for me to miss press due to it auto adjusting . This makes me pretty frustrated with this game. That, and the fact it does feel like you have to watch ads to pass a level. I would say that there’s only been two levels where watching at least one ad was not required. I’m over level 80. It’s a cute game and good time killer but I’m getting kind of fed up with it. I also don’t think the person replying to reviews understands what people are saying about the ads. When you buy a coin package, your app takes away the option to watch ads to progress, even after the coins are gone. So then the game becomes a play to win game. So to resolve this, the watch ads button should ALWAYS remain available, even after purchasing a coin package. You’d keep players and people would spend more on the game rather than uninstalling it, which it sounds like a lot of others are doing. We know ads support the game, great, just don’t remove the watch ads button when a coin package is purchased.

I absolutely LOVE this game and I really hope the developers add more levels with new items to unravel! Yes, sometimes the levels are hard and you can’t always get it on the first try or without ads but I personally don’t mind the ads or the fact that the levels are a bit difficult is the whole point! If it was super easy and simple it would just be boring. One of my favorite things to do is trying to get through the hard levels without using any ads and it’s very fun! By the way people ads are how these games make money and stay free to play, if you download a game like this you should be expecting ads. Please add more levels!!!!!
