Screen iL - Israeli tv

For someone like me who lives in America, having access to all the live channels plus all current shows movies and endless programming in Israel is everything. Highly highly recommend to any israeli living abroad.

This is my first app review, but I'm so frustrated and disappointed that I felt I should warn others not to waste their money. The layout of the content is incredibly confusing, particularly the 'Catch Up' section, which is just a collection of VODs from earlier shows. Many of the content options don’t even work when you click on them. The only content that consistently functions is the live shows. Additionally, the app doesn't work on TVs if the operating system, like LG WebOS, isn't up to date. The website also fails to work on such “not up to date OS” TVs. What's the point of watching news on your phone when you have a big screen available? Overall, this app has caused nothing but wasted time and frustration.

I’ve never written an app review but I am hoping this will get to the developers because it is simply impossible to watch without it freezing, having to delete the app, not finding the content with the search function even tho the content is there. I have to re enter my credentials every time, and to keep watching something all the functions are way off, too much to list here. Can’t watch at all in the tv and the laptop is hit and miss. I have a collection of snapshots of the multiple error messages I can share. In this time and age it is puzzling to find this level of amateurish streaming app at a $20 per month price point.
