Scentiment 2.0

While I love the scents and the way these products make my home smell, I've been disappointed with the app and pairing experience. My Mini diffuser paired without much trouble, but it doesn't consistently follow the schedule I've set. The Air 2 diffuser has been even more frustrating—it often struggles to pair and doesn't always stay connected. Although I've managed to pair it in the past, the process took a very long time and was far more difficult than it should be. Like the Mini, it also has issues reliably following scheduled settings. Considering the price of these products, the software experience significantly lacks. I can still operate the diffusers manually, but one of the main reasons I purchased them was for the app-based scheduling and control features. Unfortunately, those features have not worked as expected and the technology needs significant improvements. I hope the company addresses these software bugs because the diffusers themselves are excellent build quality and the scent quality is outstanding.
