I have a basic house cat, but unfortunately all the breeds listed for the pet profiles are all purebred types. So if you have a mutt, you’ve gotta select a random breed. Not sure if it really matters, but it’s a little annoying that one of the most common cat types (domestic short/medium/long hair) is not an option.
The app still doesn’t have a 12-hour clock, so it goes by 24-hours as is common in other parts of the world. For US users, this is super inconvenient. I’ve made a suggestion using the form through the app, however months later and they still haven’t made any updates. It’s obviously possible to do this, as you can switch the weight/measurement units between KG and LBS.
The app isn’t anything special but it works for the functions related to auto cleaning. If you’re trying to actually monitor your cat’s usage, it’s not really helpful. Especially if you have multiple cats with similar weights, if the unit is placed on carpet, or the unit is on a platform on carpet. My cat is 11 lbs according to a recent vet visit, but it’s still registering her as 8-10lbs.

Got my litter box about 3 weeks ago now. Works great and I have no complaints about the function of the app doing what it says it will. However it is nothing special. It didn't even list my cat breed and there is no option to change to a 12 hour format for time display for those of us in the USA. Reading other reviews, I am very nervous what to do if the litter box malfunctions as it seems there are communication issues with the seller.

I got this for a cat with constant diarrhea she has never had a firm stool since birth and no vet has been able to cure her- she steps in her will step on it if we don’t clean right after she goes so this is a life saver. I had no issues with Wi-Fi but it will log me out and I have to log in that’s not too annoying. But my cat is super skittish so if she sees the robot cleaning she gets scared and won’t use it for a day and goes somewhere else, but that’s her personality and not any fault of this litter box. I think it’s great. It even tells you if the cat was in the box too long - warning if toileting too long- cat may be playing or having diarrhea issues. That’s very important to know that she is in the box for 2-3 minutes that is way too long.
