It makes no sense that a app is really needed to use the diffusers and it’s so horrible. Everything about the app is bad. Let’s just start with a couple things. The most important things: 1. Connecting to the app it’s pretty much worthless. It will take you hours on end to connect your device to bluetooth. It will give you these errors like your diffuser is not plugged in and it is it’ll tell you that it can’t be found. It will have you second-guessing that you don’t know how to pair a Bluetooth device. It makes no sense and I know that the company knows this. 2. Connecting to Wi-Fi: The connecting Wi-Fi is a joke! It either tells you that your Wi-Fi is not connected or it’ll tell you that your Wi-Fi password doesn’t work or my favorite…..It will just stay spinning saying connecting hold tight, almost there, warming up blah blah blah. The app is so bad that I am about to return everything because it makes no sense. Matter fact they should just not have an app. They should just get rid of the app and just have buttons on the device that you can do other things. Don’t promote the app and it doesn’t work at all. Also, it says a lot about the company if the app is bad and the instructions were real cheap looking. I wish I could just give it a half a star, but the App Store only makes me give it a star well honestly I would like to give it zero 0 out of 10, don’t recommend!

I was excited to use the Scentiment app with my Diffuser Air 2. The initial set up was easy and the diffuser connected to WiFi and worked as expected for about 24 hours. Less than 24 hours after the first use, the diffuser stopped connecting all together. The app repeatedly reports that my WiFi password is incorrect even though the same network and password works for every other device in my home. I have tried resetting the diffuser, reinstalling and deleting the app, and reconnecting multiple times with no success. While the diffuser still works manually, the app based smart features no longer functions. For a product that relies on WiFi and app control, this has been a very disappointing experience. My intention is to reach out to customer support but based on reviews I am not expecting any resolve.

I really wanted to love this diffuser. It took me hours and multiple days to get this guy to contact to Wi-Fi. I troubleshot, restarted my router, turned off the 5g so it could connect to 2g, used chat gpt, tried to connect it through hot spot. I tried so many things. I finally got the diffuser to update, once that happened it connected and I thought I was good. The app needs major work! It’s so slow, it won’t let me schedule run times, and after all that work to connect the diffuser to WiFi… it won’t stay connected. I am having to manually turn on the device when I want it to run. If the connection issue and app is fixed this would be a great diffuser. I wanted the HVAC system but glad I didn’t purchase that one due to all the issues I have with this one and connectivity.
