The translation mode can work more or less… It is an idea but it would be perfect if they made a free speech mode that had less flaws with the translation. Then, I can have the mode on longer especially if I’m trying to communicate and not just understand one sentence at a time. Hopefully it can be updated to translate different languages back to back without having to click between the both but I’m not holding any expectations. Though, it sure would help a lot and make things more faster. I’m sure people would want to buy it too if that were to happen later on with updates and fixes. The people who made this definitely had good intentions and seem to have a good idea in the right direction and seem very helpful to want to take the path in connecting people by breaking the language barriers with this app. I look forward to updates because some people might’ve paid a lot for these earbuds if they didn’t get it on sale, so I hope they can improve this.

Overall, the app does work. I’m able to use the earphones to do Spanish and English. Most of the other Spanish speakers understand pretty well. The only problems I have run into has been communicating with Vietnamese and sometimes Chinese (not as much though). I think honing in on some of the languages and sharpening the translation would be beneficial. Only problem I’m running into right now. Is the app randomly started crashing on me every time I open. I’m gonna see if a fresh reinstall works, but overall, I have been pleasantly surprised.

When I first opened the app I thought “great another scam” but after taking the time to navigate through the app, and playing with it a bit, totally worth it! Be sure to go to the Headphones+Phones mode, select the language you want translated and what you want it translated to and boom you’re there. My wife had a whole conversation with me in Spanish and I kept up the whole time! A little funky on the app but totally a great purchase!
