I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve been using my glasses and bone conductors for several months now and out of nowhere the app isn’t picking up my bone conductors in the “connect device” start screen like before. Also, the app for my glasses keeps cutting me off in the middle of sentences and questions. Please fix these issues. I was using everything very often when it was working properly.

Once I got my prescription lenses made, these became much more useful. No local eyeglass shops would do it, so I sent out to LensDirect. I mostly use these glasses for audio, and phone calls. The image quality is poor, like a cheap lens was used, so I prefer to take photos and video with my phone camera. But is sufficient for getting feedback from the Ai. “HeyCyan” sounds a lot like “Hey, so I am…” so the voice assistant activates too easily. I wish I could customize the trigger prompt. The ultimate feature they should implement is allow the camera and buttons to be used by the iOS system. I would love it if I could use iOS Shortcuts to give custom commands to the button on my glasses. Or use the camera as an input if I’m using a different application.

So I was skeptical, 60$ ai glasses off TikTok, who wouldn’t be? But seriously I love them. I love the app too for what it is. The video and picture quality is way better than expected, the AI assurance is helpful, the translation I’ve been using daily! The meeting summary I use often as well. Battery life is good and I’ve had very little issues at all. They aren’t RayBans… but they are useful and nice! I’ve received tons of compliments on them. I wear them every day! I would love to see this company continue to make budget ai glasses like this! Once people start seeing the value and use case they will be hooked!
