I was going to write a review, but it’s exactly what the person said in their review previously… Especially just an app on your phone that you can Bluetooth link to the glasses you bought from them or just use your own AirPods… Nothing set them aside and like he said it’s not a real time it’s inconvenient. They describe it as you can sit there and have a conversation with someone and understand just like you were speaking the same language as that

I bought two pairs of these headphones and initially I couldn’t even get the app to download or work . Now this issues has been resolved neither headphones are connecting to the app . It is constantly responding with fetching data, please wait . Every tab I touch in the app displays that same message. I do wait but nothing still has not happened . What exactly do I need to do to use these headphones and get them to work ? I bought these two weeks ago so I could have some time to learn to use it prior to our trip but here I am a couple days from traveling and I still can’t get them to function properly.

The translation and battery use age of this product is not good. First off the app stopped working. I literally just received the product today. I downloaded the app and practiced using it. It says product not connected. But I was still able to use the translation for 5 minutes. I was satisfied but then later tried to use it again and it stopped working. States fetching data. I deleted and reinstalled and still states fetching data. Then the battery case was at 100% but when you put the earbuds in the case when you are done, it doesn’t turn off immediately but instead drains the battery almost 20% just before it turns off. Now I’m at 83% just using the product for less than 10 minutes. Also it offers free trials for the translation 7 minutes of recording time/translation. But then for 12 months it’s $29 but because the app is unpredictable I would not spend money to purchase the service until they fix all the issues. The 3 minutes of the translation that I did use, was helpful. Especially since it translated the Spanish to English on the earphones. That’s pretty awesome. It has a lot of features you can’t really use or very confusing to use but like I said not worth it if they don’t fix the issues. Now the positive. The earphones work perfectly as earphones. I can receive phone calls and it’s very clear and cancels any ambient noises. The earphones work well for listening to music as well. But I purchased this for translation so it’s disappointing not being able to use the full feature of the product.
