Salary Extras

I’ve reloaded the app multiple times. Unfortunately I’ve paid a sizeable amount to get a gift card for a product that is running low on stock. I’m close to being left out of pocket whilst the item (a birthday present) goes out of stock. Because I just get a spinning circle. Awful. And can’t get hold of anyone to sort it out it’s never ever been this bad before. Over a day I’ve waited for the gift card to load. Over a day!

Pluxee app was better as I had the ability to move used vouchers out of the list of cards so it was easy to see what cards had vouchers on them. I do like that I can pay by Apple Pay. Vouchers come through instantly which is good as it means I can buy a voucher in the shop when I’m there. But it doesn’t seem to have discounts like I had on Pluxee ie M&S. plus the value of the discount is lower too.

Logs me out far too often then frequently tells me my password is wrong when I try to log back in (I know it’s not) so I have to go through the lost password rigmarole. A right faff. Please update so we can do a biometric sign on. It massively puts me off using my discounts. Also please find a way to show us whether there is credit remaining on purchased gift cards.
