Saged: Spiritual Meditation

After being replacing my credit card, I was notified they had trouble charging my card & update info. I did that & they successfully charged my card. This was on a Friday. My ap was not updated & subscription wasn’t reinstated, even though I got a message stating my charge was successfully transacted. I took photos of that message. Since it was the weekend, I sent a message in reply to the email I received & figured I’d give them the weekend. I contacted them again on Tuesday. Still no reply, still not reinstated. This is almost a month ago!! Even though I have looked for alternative ways to contact them, the only email address was through the original email they sent me!! This would’ve been my 3rd with them. Besides the “Success” photo I sent them with my email, I also sent them photo, proof of their charge to my bank account!! To say I’m really annoyed at their silence, is an understatement!!! I have looked everywhere for a place to find help. Placing a negative comment here is really my last resort. So I’m just giving you all Fair Warning!!! If anyone has any ideas on how to contact them, feel free to reach out! Ellen

I wasn’t really looking for Saged, Saged found me. I just recently started collecting crystals and gaining knowledge about chakras and how to meditate. Still new to it all though. When I discovered Saged I found a community that is open to teach anyone who wants to better themselves and awaken to “new beginnings “. I have not had the chance to attend a gathering yet, but I am sooo looking forward to being a part of one soon. The thought of the experience alone has me feeling so connected to something so specific. Julia the founder has blessed me in a way that no longer me has done before. I needed a little help with my membership and she was there to make sure I do not miss out on lessons (much need), gatherings and more. I can’t thank her enough. I have never been a part of something so huge, loving and accepting. I can’t wait to fill my mind body and soul and meet some special people along the way. I love to open Saged when I’m first waking up. It sets the tone for the day and it’s a good step to do before my morning meditation. I have learned some interesting things about topics I had no idea about but that have always called me. I had the free version for a few months before I decided to experience the whole offer with the membership. It’s a bit pricey compared to other apps, but it does offer some good perks that makes it worth it. Julia, the founder, is really nice and accessible. I appreciate that because it really feels like a community. Also, I have identified collaborators that I like and resonate more with. I have worked with them through different services they provide and now I can say I have a personal relationship with them and I love having them in my journey. If I could improve something about the app, it would be to make some sections easier to navigate. I have saved quite some content (only available with premium) and the only way to see all my content is by scrolling. I wish there was a way to select a tile view and go through the sections easier. So search no more, if you’re into a more spiritual way of living, you need to download Saged.
