Mesmerize - Visual Meditation

First, for the people complaining it’s not free, not everything in life is free! Yes you can try it for free if you don’t like it just cancel. Second, you don’t have to use the visuals if you don’t want to, the app will still play with your screen off. I really think the comments complaining about a free trial are just ridiculous because this app is amazing. Without fail, I have used this app every single night for 2 months. I absolutely love it. I love listening to sleep stories, sleep history is my fav. I love that you can choose a background noise like water. You can slow or speed up the tempo of the stories, set a timer, it’s just crazy what this app can do! It legitimately helped me out of a panic attack when nothing else was working. I shared the APP with my stepdaughter and she loves it as well. My only 2 suggestions would be to be able to load up a few stories to play automatically (some of them are short) and to add stories more frequently but that’s it. Otherwise I’m a huge fan.

I have bipolar disorder, PTSD, anxiety and trouble sleeping and focusing. I used to meditate habitually and have been thinking maybe I should get back into it. I’m skeptical with apps like this because they don’t always work for me, but this one has given me a very positive effect. There are a large number of music and visual combos to help aid with any kind of stress; just now the Coordinates music track has pulled me out of a very depressed mood and I even feel like I have some energy! Which, surprisingly, is the point of that particular track. Each track has a description of the sounds and purposes of the music. I don’t like any kind of guided meditation so I can’t say if it’s effective or not, but there are a lot of options there to. The app also asks you what you plan to use it for when you open it, such as Relieving Anxiety, Falling Asleep or even Recovering Addiction, and provides a list of soft spoken narratives you can pick to go along with the music and visual aid you choose. Every time I have used this app so far, it has helped.

First off, I went into this a teeny bit bitter after seeing the subscription come up fairly quickly. I thought whoaaaa 12 a month or nearly 50 a year....seems a bit reaching. Truth is,I was just gonna delete it and press on without even trying it. Then I saw a visual,it captured my brain. I thought "ooooooh that's pretty -let's just look for a little and then delete" 35 freaking minutes later and 2 meditation sessions because "good lord,what have I stumbled upon"?You did it,you hooked me and there is no way I can let this slip away after 3 days. So yeah you took a majorly stressed pharmacy Tech and gave me some peace and I am more than happy to show my appreciation for the obvious dedication and work put into this app. Yes it's an investment and who's to say I will be able to continue paying every month, but dangit -I am committed to at least this one and when I can possibly afford more, I will come back. Thank you for this freaking gorgeous experience!
