Just started playing, but it wants my review after five minutes of play. So... In this game, you play a masochistic and self-defeating “detective” nobody in their right mind would ever ask for help, let alone hire with money. You’re just the worst. It’s all you can do to find your way out of your own house! You were clearly born into wealth and have no professional success. You must suffer either from a memory disorder, or a psychological condition that causes lost time, multiple personalities—something to explain why you remove door handles, hide and bury your keys and other belongings. The one idiot who would ask you for help comes to you with the address of the place he urgently wants you to go to sealed inside an envelope with the strongest glue in the word that requires a knife to open, which of course you have concealed from yourself behind several, honestly impressively ingenious, devices. But at least he figured out how to enter and exit your front gate without the aid of a 2x4.
Good but if you don’t rate it right away it keeps bugging you every minute to do so. Some of the ads also block the content which is a little annoying, but otherwise I a pretty decent escape room game with lots of puzzles and lots of rooms. One thing I wish is that it would tell you what an item is that you have in your inventory. It’s hard to tell sometimes, making it difficult to figure out out where you need to use it so I just have to click on everything until I figure it out. This can be tedious since there are a lot of “rooms” in this game. Btw, the dialog needs editing, some of it doesn’t make sense. Please let me help lol
I enjoyed this game very much. The puzzles are so varied and I LIKED that there was no explanation. They had just the right amount of challenge without being excruciatingly frustrating. Understanding the text is not necessary so the idiomatic and grammatical errors are irrelevant and the prose is understandable nonetheless, so who cares? I'd like to see how the complainers would fare if they developed anything in a second language. Oh, you don't intend to learn a second language? This developer did. The single complaint I have is that I acquired a set of objects and had no idea what to do with them. They were intended to be used in a completely different area on the map; I had to use a hint (I had a sizable cache of free hints which I never used - i don't know why another reviewer had to pay for his hints) to figure that out. At any rate it provided me weeks of enjoyment and it's fantastic that it saves your progress 100% so when you return you do not have to repeat any tasks as you have to in other games. I'm off to play another game by this developer!
25-year-old famous ballet goddess Kylie bizarre death. Who murdered her? A stingy junkie? Alcohol as life bar owner? The Baron? Or others? All doubt...
