This company overcharged me $329 back in March, “approved” refunding me my money and now for two months have been telling me they can’t process my refund due to technical issues. Their customer service team lies saying they are escalating your issue when they aren’t and they will steal your money! DO NOT DO TRUST THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

I have been trying to cancel my “membership” despite never completing the registration because I decided not to do it, I’m talking within a few minutes. Unfortunately, I gave them my card information during the registration process. I NEVER agreed to any type of contract nor agreement. Anyway, I emailed them several times and was finally directed to the app to cancel. Unfortunately, you cannot access the part of the app that allows you to make changes to your account. Again, I NEVER agreed to anything and I never received any services or goods!! This is a terrible company who will only try to get your bank info. I ended up contacting my bank who canceled my Visa card and issue me another. They continue attempting to charge my defunct card. Avoid like the plague!!!

I’ve steady been trying to get simple answers and I feel it’s always some generic bot message to top it off you pay a 135 “membership” fee that’s not including your prescription that varies on price so you end up paying anywhere from 300-450 a month for this service i feel duped scammed they really got one over on me I should’ve kept looking for providers or at least read the fine print I’m partially to blame smh
