I have been with FitRx for a month and I’m about to be on my 2nd month with them I thought it was a scam at first but it’s not its affordable and my first month I lost a good amount of weight I just upped my dose for my upcoming month and it did take awhile to receive it due to high demand. Chat support was able to remind them bc I have a trip coming up and I received it so I’m excited to start my next month. What could be improved is notifying us more on processing our shipment when it’s delayed !

Avoid this app! I was charged $905 dollars! After a month waiting for the medication and didn’t arrived because they where out of stock they cancelled my order, when I asked for a refund since the cancelled my order they stated that they won’t be able to make a full refund of a medication I never received and an order THEY cancelled.

Believe other reviews! This is a fraudulent business, not BBB accredited for a reason. They unconsensually enroll you in a membership that you will not be able to cancel regardless of following the “cancellation procedures” the automated chat bot claims it needed. There are no real chat operators and they will continue to steal your money regardless of if you recieve their product or services!
